Have you found yourself struggling to figure out who you are during or after a season with a lot of changes? Are you recognizing a pattern of prioritizing others needs and desires and ignoring your own? I believe that as we become more aware of our own story, thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and beliefs, we gain a greater ability to face challenges and overcome difficulties. I'm particularly passionate about working with individuals struggling with identity, family of origin, boundaries, communication, emotion regulation, faith, depression, ADHD and anxiety.
I strive to offer curiosity and compassion while empowering and challenging you to become a healthier, more authentic version of yourself. I'll always meet you where you are spiritually, never imposing my beliefs. If requested, I aim to incorporate faith in a way that brings healing and respects the complexity of your experience without oversimplifying it.
Confronting and being honest about parts of ourselves or our stories that we've long ignored or hidden can be daunting. I would be honored to walk alongside you, with safe and supportive presence, as you develop insight and find the language to express your experiences, emotions, desires, and needs.
